Explain how you can flip your shit at a white Khan in the new star trek movie but we are not allowed to complain about a black James Bond.
Go on. The Caveat is that I will take your arguement, flip it as cleanly as possible and see if it doesn’t turn into a stinking pile of shit.
So here we go: Explain how it’s not ok to change an established characters race in one instance but totally ok in another.
James Bond is actually the code name, right? Right. So there is no specific race for that character. Also, there are like fifty million white guys in films doing things like aren’t you bored of that already?
Also, Khan was specifically chosen to be a man of color by the creator himself who said from his own fucking mouth that if you compiled the most perfectly genetically altered man he wouldn’t even be white.
So, that’s how it’s not okay. Plus like I said fifty million goddamn white dudes either saving or fucking up shit on television and cinema so the shit just gets old. The end.
